Thursday, August 17th: *SOLD OUT* The PHF will host a private reception @ the Embassy Suites for all our guests on Thursday evening at 7pm. Buffet Dinner will be served. (You will be added to a waiting list for Thursday Dinner)
This year's theme will be "Favorite State Sports Team"; Come in your favorite State Apparel; (example- Favorite team, college/university, etc.)
Friday, August 18th:
8:30am: Morning Session: Arrive on Capitol Hill to meet with Congressional Offices.
* The PHF will be hosting a catered private lunch for all attendees and special invited guests from Congress. *
12:30pm - 2:00pm: Lunch will be available
2:30pm: Afternoon Session: Guest Speakers
FREE Round trip Bus service will be provided.
